Our commitment is to provide sustainable facilities and services that support and enhance the University's academic programs and educational experience.

Facilities & Service Enterprises (FSE) maintains all campus academic and administrative facilities and grounds. The department also oversees utilities distribution, water and energy conservation, fleet services, campus vehicle access, and integrated waste management.

FSE provides services by request to the campus community for interior and exterior buildings and grounds. There is no charge for normal maintenance tasks or key request. Special requests for non-routine work, such as construction or renovation projects, may be accomplished on a recharge basis.
